Shipping policy

We offer Curbside Pick-up Locally for 3 counties in Tennessee which are Sullivan, Washington and Hawkins. We also offer curbside pick-up to 2 counties in Virginia which are Scott and Washington. These are the ONLY 5 counties that are available for curbside pick-up.

If you live in these 5 counties and select curbside pick-up, you MUST email us at shelia.vaughn@hillbillyhousepanthers.com for the date and time that your order will be available.

All Domestic shipping fees are a standard fee of 8.5

Refunds for selecting Curbside Pick-Up Outside of these 3 counties in Tennessee (Sullivan, Washington, Hawkins) or these 2 counties in Virginia (Scott or Washington) ****NOTE ONLY THESE COUNTIES LISTED ARE AVAILABLE FOR CURBSIDE PICK-UP AND YOU MUST EMAIL US AT SUPPORT@HILLBILLYHOUSEPANTHERS.COM FOR THE DATE AND TIME YOUR ORDER WILL BE READY FOR PICK-UP. 

We will make every effort to contact you before we issue a refund because you selected curbside pick-up and it is not available in your area. We will send at least 2 emails or text messages to to the email or phone number you provide when placing your order. If a phone number is provided, we will also try to contact you via phone and leave a voicemail  with the details and our number should you have question. If in the event we are unable to make successful contact with you, we will issue a refund for domestic customer minus a five dollar convenience/service fee plus a fifty cent restocking fee per item purchased. For international customers a ten dollar convenience/service fee plus a fifty cent restocking fee per item purchased.
